At Utopia, we collect only what we need and handle your data with respect, in accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, under the supervision of Tunisia’s National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).

Data we collect and why

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and message, to answer your enquiry.
• Quote request: contact details, company name, project description and indicative budget, to prepare a tailored proposal.
• Free audit tool: the website address to analyse and, if you choose, your email to receive the report. Without an email, the audit stays anonymous.
• Technical data: IP address and browsing information, kept in server logs to keep the website secure.

We never sell or rent your data. It is only used for marketing if you have explicitly agreed to it.

Cookies

By default, we only set one essential session cookie, required for the website to work (form security, language preference). No analytics or advertising cookies are set without your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives your data

Your data is only accessible to the Utopia team members handling your request, and to our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly within the scope of their service.

Retention

• Contact and quote requests: 3 years after our last exchange.
• Emails submitted through the audit tool: 12 months.
• Technical logs: 12 months at most.

Data related to a client contract is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

Your rights

Under the law, you have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data. You may also ask for its deletion once it is no longer needed.
